1. Tickets can be ordered until 8.00 p.m. on the day before the screening of the selected films or before the selected music event.
2. Payment for the ordered tickets has to be made within 48 hours but no later than 9 p.m. on the day preceding the screening or music event for which you are purchasing tickets. If payment is not made, the order will be cancelled.
3. Prices of tickets for films:
   • 16 PLN - single ticket.
   • 15 PLN - single ticket within the "10+" pass for 10 selected screenings or more.
   • 14 PLN - single ticket within the "20+" pass for 20 selected screenings or more.
4. Prices of tickets for music event depend on the concert. Pass-holders have the right to purchase a reduced-fare ticket.
5. The number of tickets for particular screenings or concerts is limited and the seats are not numbered.
6. One person may purchase any number of tickets for the given screening at a normal price and one reduced-fare ticket per screening (discount applies to 10+ and 20+ passes).*
7. While purchasing more than 5 tickets for one event, the payments shall be made within 24 hours.
8. If you buy 10 or more tickets, you will receive the 10+ or 20+ pass (depending on the number of purchased tickets) together with the tickets purchased for the reduced fare, at collecting them at the cash office. The pass and tickets should be kept for checking. Passes are registered and must not be transferred.
9. An order with a 10+ or 20+ pass does not result in any discounts on later orders. This means that after ordering a 10+ or 20+ pass, the tickets purchased within another order will be at the normal price, unless you order more than 10/20 tickets again.
10. If you purchase tickets online, you select the form of payment - either online or during collection at the ticket point in the Mediateka Festival Centre with the exception stipulated in art. 2 of the regulations.
11. Tickets cannot be returned.
12. Tickets can be collected on presentation of an identity card and the order number from 19th July at the ticket points in the Mediateka Festival Centre (5, Teatralny Square, Wrocław) between 12.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m., break: 2:45 - 3:15 p.m, from 21th July between 9.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m

NOTE: No-one arriving late for the screening will be allowed into the hall - the ticket is valid only for the start time of the screening, as indicated on the ticket.

* If you purchase 10 or more tickets for films, in the final stage of your order the price of a single ticket will be reduced by 1 PLN (you can order only one ticket for a given screening at a given hour) - you must not order more than one ticket in a single hour bloc on the given day. An hour bloc means screenings held at intervals no longer than 30 minutes (e.g. 9:45, 10:00 and 10:15 make a single hour bloc).

* If you purchase 20 or more tickets for films, in the final stage of your order the price of a single ticket will be reduced by 2 PLN (you can order only one ticket for a given screening for a given hour) - you must not order more than one ticket in a single hour bloc on the given day. An hour bloc means screenings held at intervals of no longer than 30 minutes, e.g. 9:45, 10:00 and 10:15 make a single hour bloc.
